It depends on the video’s length, the number of shoot days, crew size, locations, and editing needs. After a short discovery call, we’ll send a detailed quote.

Most projects take 3 to 6 weeks from kickoff to final delivery. If you have a firm deadline, such as a trade show or launch, let us know and we’ll build the schedule around it. However, project timelines may vary depending on the scope of the project.

Yes. We handle scripting, interview questions and storyboards, and you review and approve everything before filming.

Yes. We’re based in Toronto and regularly film across the GTA however we will travel anywhere to film a project as long as we have enough notice.

What you need to prepare for a shoot day will likely depend on the project itself. Generally speaking if someone from your team will be on camera, they should be camera ready with time blocked off on their calendar. You should also let your staff know there will be a film crew on site that day and the areas of your facility that will be on camera should be tidy.
